Community Resources For Justice (CRJ) is a unique, 140 year old nonprofit organization headquartered in Boston, that provides direct care as well as research/consulting services within the areas of the Mental Health and the Criminal Justice/Public Policy field. Our three divisions, Social Justice Services(SJS), Community Strategies (CS), and the Crime and Justice Institute (CJI) are all recognized for their effectiveness and contributions to this important work.
The Clinician will be working doing site visits to our Residential Program in addition to working out of CRJ's regional office on a needed basis in Shirley, MA. This is where our Community Strategies division is located and is conveniently located off I495 / I190 on the route 2 corridor.

The Clinician will develop and implement behavior plans and be part of a team that designs and coordinates staff supports to assure the wellbeing of the individuals served. This position is also responsible for providing clinical oversight of assigned individuals as indicated in DDS regulations, attending critical psychiatric appointments, attending required individual and team meetings, provide clinical assessments, provide clinical services, and provide assigned trainings for staff, individuals, and caregivers.
