Community Resource Network of Florida is seeking a compassionate, dependable driver to join our team. Our drivers transport Adults with Intellectual/Developmental disabilities to their life skills day program as well as community outings in the Port Charlotte area.
As a Driver you will play a vital role in helping individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities by assuring their safe transportation to and from their designated locations.
Our drivers have assigned vehicles and drive Ford HD Transit vans. Each van is equipped with a camera system and GPS Tracking.
Hours will be based on route assigned. A typical day shift would be an AM/PM timeframe for drop off and pick (specific start and end times may vary by day depending on route) 7:30 a.m. - 9:00a.m. and then 2:30 p.m.- 4:30 p.m. Monday-Friday. With community outings taking place mid-morning. No weekends, no holidays! A typical work week could range from 25-35 hours per week. Upon occasion there may be an opportunity for additional hours to assist with special events.
