This position works with team members in tandem to ensure clients can meet and overcome barriers to specified goals. The position will assist in reaching goals related to the client's care plan including but not limited to employment, tenancy support, and peer support. The position will also assist with community outreach and engagement. The position will fill in for other position vacancies as needed.

The salary for this position is $16-$18 an hour depending on experience (DOE).
