Community Nursing Services, "CNS," in Moab is looking for a part-time Registerd Nurse to join their team!

Schedule: Can be to 8 hour days a week or 3 - 4 hour days. We'll work with you!

CNS is the second largest Home Health Care and Hospice in the state!

Responsibilities:

• Serves as a member of the Multidisciplinary Group
• Provide home health and hospice services to individuals, their families
• Providing and manage care for a caseload of primarily complex clients under general direction of management
• Clinical supervision of staff Registered Nurses
• Leadership role provide supervision to CNA's associated with caseload
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary group and other caregivers to meet specific goals
• Assures access to other disciplines, as needed.

Requirements:

• Current RN licensure in the State of Utah
• Current Utah driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Excellent communication skills
• In home patient visits
• palliative care
• Medicine management
• Wound care
• IV skills
