Program Assistant - Madera/Fresno

For profit Madera and Fresno based program assisting developmentally disabled adults, has an immediate opening for a Program Assistant. Qualified candidates must have experience working with adults, with and without developmental disabilities and/or mental health disabilities, must also have experience with case management, planning, coordinating, and integrating company programs.

Responsibilities

∙ Case Management

∙ Develops annual summary of client goals (ISP)

∙ Represents CIWP at regional center meetings to present ISP.

∙ Evaluates quality of group performance in the field.

∙ Maintains quality of group performance at the job site.

∙ Assists Program Director with staff performance evaluations.

∙ Assists Program Director with overall program quality control, especially paperwork requirements.

∙ Works in the field with clients 3 days per week.

Qualifications

∙ Bachelor's degree from a four year college or university; or two years related

experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

∙ Valid CA drivers license and 3 years driving experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.10 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
