Behavioral Program Coordinator - Antioch

Community Integrated Work Program EBMP is an innovative human service organization offering behavior intervention, vocational and social skills instruction to individuals with intellectual disabilities and those in the autism spectrum. We are seeking an energetic, enthusiastic Program Coordinator to join our Antioch Enhanced Behavioral Management Program.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the program director in the supervision of direct service behavioral professionals.
• Assist the program director in the hiring process of qualified staff.
• Assist the program director in behavior management instruction, training, and guidance.
• Assist the program director in performance evaluations and disciplinary action procedure.
• Assist the program director in conflict resolution and operations decision making.
• Develop Behavioral Management Plans and behavioral quarterly reports for program participants.
• Assist the program director in ensuring efficient and effective program operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field from a four-year College or University required
• Two years management experience and/or training.
• Strong behavioral base (ABA preferred)
• Behavioral technician certification is a plus.
• Applicants must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must have a valid CA Drivers License and 3 years driving experience.
