The Microsoft Power Developer will design, develop, and implement solutions using Microsoft Power Platform tools - including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents. The candidate will collaborate closely with stakeholders across the organization to optimize business processes business processes and improve data insights. The role demands a unique blend of technical expertise, innovative thinking, and business acumen.

• Power BI Development: Design and develop interactive and insightful dashboards and reports using Power BI for data visualization and analysis.
• Data Integration: Integrate Power Platform solutions with various data sources, such as SharePoint, SQL databases, cloud services, and third-party applications.
• Data Architecture: Proficient in designing and implementing robust database systems, expertise in ETL processes, data integration, and automation. Familiarity with data warehousing and cloud platforms.
• Power Apps Development: Build custom applications using Power Apps to address specific business needs, considering user experience, data integration, and scalability.
• Power Automate Development: Create automated workflows and processes using Power Automate to streamline tasks and improve operational efficiency.
• Solution Design: Analyze requirements and design efficient, scalable, and easily maintainable Power Platform solutions.
• Solution Design & Development: Build, test, and deploy Power Apps (both canvas and model-driven) to address business requirements.
• Integration: Use Power Automate to create automated workflows between applications and services. Implement data integrations as required.
• Data Visualization: Develop insightful Power BI dashboards and reports to drive better business decisions.
• Maintenance & Support: Provide support for existing solutions, diagnose issues, and implement fixes. Ensure platform solutions are up-to-date and meet company standards.
• Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business needs.
• Training: Train end-users on the effective use of the applications. Document best practices and maintain user guidelines.
• Stay Updated: Continually update technical knowledge and skills by attending workshops, reviewing professional publications, and participating in professional societies.
• Compliance: Ensure that all data management and usage within Power Platform solutions adhere to company data policies, industry standards, and relevant data protection regulations (e.g., PII, CCPA). Conduct regular audits and reviews to maintain compliance and safeguard data integrity.
• Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers and team members on best practices related to data management, data integration, and data visualization within the Power Platform. Facilitate knowledge sharing and foster a culture of continuous learning and data excellence.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Certifications related to Microsoft Power Platform are preferred.
• Experience: A minimum of 5-8 years of hands-on experience working with Microsoft Power Platform, specifically in designing and developing solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Additional Requirements: Familiarity with Microsoft Dataverse, Power Platform governance and best practices, and integration with other Microsoft solutions like Dynamics 365, Azure, etc.
