We have an opening for a Resident Manager in Chico. You’ll manage the property's day-to-day operations. You'll be responsible for ensuring the fiscal and physical integrity of their property and creating a safe and healthy community for tenants. We want Turning Point Commons to be a great place to live, and we'll count on you to help make it happen.
This is a full-time (40 hours per week), non-exempt role. Pay is dependent upon experience. A 3-bedroom apartment and utility allowance are part of the compensation package.
What You Will Do
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the property. This includes maintaining regular office hours, organizing all the paperwork, scheduling and supervising maintenance staff and vendors, receiving, and processing new applicants and move-outs, enforcing property rules, conducting inspections, and working with residents to respond to issues and property emergencies.
Become knowledgeable in affordable housing programs and Fair Housing regulations. We'll help train you, of course.
Be a supportive team member. You'll join our team of Resident Managers to help each other, share ideas, and develop new ways to make our properties a great places to live.
