Medical Assistant needed for busy neurology clinic. Must be comfortable working in a fast paced setting and working with a diverse group of patients.

• Responsibilities include rooming patients, obtaining and documenting vitals while preparing patient to be seen by physician, assisting physician as needed with examinations, procedures and injections, medication refills, triage patient calls with test results, filing reports and correspondence in charts and other duties as assigned.
• Must be a team player, able to work well with all types of patients and work well with little supervision.
• Must be reliable, have excellent phone, computer and people skills and be able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
• Monday-Friday, no weekends or major holidays.

• MA Certification preferred
• Experience in neurology preferred but not required
• High School graduate or equivalent required (GED)
• Experience with electronic health records a plus
