Job Description

The Outpatient Surgery/Services Administrative Assistant performs clerical and secretarial duties related to the assigned unit under the unit manager as well as, maintaining patient logs and record book, charge entry and correction, performance improvement reports, filing and unit meeting transcription as well as any other duties as deemed by the Director of the unit within hisher scope of practice. High school diploma or equivalent. One year experience is preferred. Preferred experience or knowledge of kronos payroll systems. Must be able to have flexible schedule. Preferable the candidates possess documented certification of completion of medical terminology.
