Responsibilities:
We are looking for a Director of Provider Outreach to join our growing Community Health Partners team! In your role, you will direct the implementation of provider outreach initiatives for Community Provider Network, including Community Health Partners and affiliates. You will oversee the success of various marketing and physician relations activities with the goal of strengthening business relationships and developing a provider outreach strategy and growth plan to enhance the healthcare network.
Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or related field required
• Master's Degree preferred
• 5 years of experience in healthcare, community collaboratives and/or provider outreach required
• 2 years of supervisory/management experience required
