Reporting to the Chief Medical Officer, the Director of Behavioral Health will develop, implement, facilitate, continuously assess, and improve the standardization and integration of Behavioral Health and Substance Abuse Disorder clinical workflows and processes within primary care. The Director is responsible for supervising Clinical staff as well as providing direct care, ensuring the highest quality of services for our patients.Additionalresponsibilities include:
Masters Degree in a BH or Clinical Discipline and licensure (LICSW, LMHC, NP, RN) with LICSW strongly preferred. 3 years clinical or behavioral health and substance abuse disorder program management. Demonstrated leadership abilities, working within an inter-disciplinary team.
