Education: Graduate of an accredited Medical School and eligible for or currently board certified or eligible in Family Medicine in addition to being licensed by the State of Michigan. Residency/Fellowship training by an ACGME/AOA accredited program is required

Typical physical demands:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk and talk and hear. Some bending, lifting, and stretching are required. Working under stress and use of a telephone is required. The employee is frequently required to sit and use their hands to finger, handle, or feel. The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, and taste or smell. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Requires working under stressful conditions or working irregular hours.
