Community Health Alliance-Ohio is Hiring a Housing Specialist Near Hamilton, OH
- Actively provides assistance and supports to residents of recovery housing facilities to promote sustained recovery.
- Monitors recovery housing facilities to ensure resident compliance with program rules.
- Conducts apartment and facility searches to ensure the safety and security of the facilities.
- Facilitates linkages for the use of community resources.
- Assists residents in managing conflict and solving problems.
- Organizes and facilitates resident activities.
- Monitors residents’ engagement in treatment services and coordinates services with the treatment team.
- Assists clients in accessing self-help support groups and increasing social support networks.
- Provides appropriate interventions to aid clients in the restoration of daily living skills.
- Coordinates and assist in crisis management and stabilization.
- High School Diploma required.
- Valid driver's license, car insurance, and insurable driving record required.
- Willingness to travel throughout the assigned service area.
