CDC has a full-time opportunity for aGeneral Dentist at our Rochester clinic. This position serves as an integral part of the clinical team in providing quality, caring clinical dentistry in a comfortable, culturally-sensitive environment. We are seeking providers who are passionate about our mission!

**We are offering a $10k relocation bonus, a $5k sign-on bonus, as well as a $30k retention bonus.
 **We are eligible for multiple student loan reimbursement/forgiveness options

General Dentist Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive dental care with a focus on the health needs of the patients
  • Provide a patient-centered approach and culturally competent care
  • Communicate and collaborate effectively with team members
  • Conduct examinations of teeth and surrounding tissue utilizing diagnostic tools, including medical and dental histories, dental radiographs, diagnostic casts
  • Provide patient education in proper oral healthcare and various treatment options
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient electronic records
  • Maintain compliance with state, federal and clinic guidelines and protocols
  • Keep up with new developments within dentistry, continuing education and licensure

Rochester Clinic Hours:

  • Monday/Tuesday: 7:50am – 3pm
  • Wednesday/Thursday: 7:50am-5pm
  • Friday: 7:50am-2pm 

General Dentist Qualifications: 

  • Licensed with the MN Board of Dentistry
  • CPR/AED Certificate
  • Experience working with culturally diverse communities
  • Demonstrated expertise in dental software
  • Ability to quickly adapt within a fast-paced work environment
