Direct Support Professionals to join our team. A Direct Support Professional is responsible for supporting and coordinating activities of the individuals living in the assigned home including teaching independent living skills, supporting the health and safety of each individual, and creating opportunities for individuals to broaden their horizons and participate in their communities.

All candidates will be required to attend a paid two-week orientation starting April 22nd which will take place at our main office in Dumfries, VA. The orientation runs Monday-Friday 9:30am-3:30pm.
