The purpose of this class is to provide assistance and coverage in the Wellness Center.
High School Diploma or GED, Associate's Degree with personal training and health assessment skills preferred.
Must be at least 18 years of age
First Aid Certification
Valid Red Cross CPR Certification
Blood borne Pathogen training.
1. Respond to all customer inquiries.
2. Adhere to the Monitor Intervention Procedures to record negative issues with members.
3. Seek assistance from management for customer service issues when required.
4. Maintain operational and the efficiency of all equipment.
5. Report any broken equipment to supervisor.
6. Provide a high level of customer service.
