- Accredited by Joint Commission for heart failure
- Open heart program
- Anticipated call is 15 days per month
- Hospital employed position
- Office space available located on hospital s campus
- Solo provider practice
- Inpatient/outpatient mix
- Replacing retiring physician
- Cardiovascular training is preferred
