Community Care Physicians is Hiring a HR Business Associate, Compensation Near Latham, NY

Description
Human Resources is looking for a full time HR Business Associate to join their team! Flexible work schedule with hours typically, Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5pm.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with HR leadership and external vendors to design, develop, and implement a comprehensive compensation structure aligned with corporate objectives.
Conduct market research and analysis to ensure CCP's compensation packages remain competitive in the healthcare industry.
Work with HR Business Analyst and Benefits team to create annual compensation statements.
Conduct regular reviews of compensation policies and practices, recommending adjustments as needed to support organizational goals and compliance.
Partner with HR and leadership to address compensation-related inquiries, ensuring transparency and understanding among employees.
Conduct compensation analysis. Analyze and interpret data to provide insights and recommendations and drive informed decision-making.
Monitor legislative changes and industry trends to ensure CCP's compensation strategies remain compliant and competitive.
Maintain a strong understanding of the compensation process and methodologies associated with all positions.
Design creative solutions to specific compensation-related programs and incentive plans.
Interview and survey employees and managers to gather and document job, organizational and occupational information including duties, responsibilities, and skills required by each job.
Evaluate and update job descriptions to accurately reflect roles and responsibilities and ensure internal equity.
Assess jobs and their respective duties to determine classification (exempt and corresponding exemption or nonexempt) and appropriate salary range.
Work in close collaboration with various HR team members and HR leadership to create attractive and sustainable total rewards packages.
Prepare and maintain job classifications and salary scales.
Develop positive, proactive working relationships with all management team members and staff ensuring quality customer service. Counsel, educate and advise as necessary.
Collaborate with HR Leadership on various projects, not limited to compensation, that tie into department and strategic corporate initiatives.
Maintain knowledge of all federal, state and local regulations and compliance requirements related to employee compensation and general HR law.

Annual salary range: $60,000 - $70,000

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field with at least 2 years working as HR professional.
At least 1 year experience performing compensation analysis.
Experience working with 3rd party vendors to design and implement compensation structures.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Knowledge of recruitment methods, practices and job boards.
Knowledge of employee benefits packages.
Skill in advising/educating managers on HR best practices.
Knowledge of relevant labor laws and regulations.
Healthcare industry background a plus.
Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation or PHR a plus.
