The Director of Residential Services ensures that the highest quality, innovative adult service is provided to the individuals with disabilities that call the residential house "home". The director ensures all services are compliant with state and federal regulations and requirements, ODP/AAW regulations, OVR requirements, and providing services with choice. The director provides leadership to other

Adult Services staff and assures a well-run department with systematic approaches to daily operations. The director will be a leader and supervise the Program Managers/Coordinators as they carry out the responsibilities to provide excellent. innovative and compliant direct adult services to the individuals in the homes.
