Community Care Center is Hiring a Financial HR Services Manager Near Stuart, IA

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Financial HR Services Manager to join our team. Community Care Center, Inc. located in Stuart, Iowa is an independent skilled nursing facility overseen by a volunteer Board of Directors from our community and surrounding area. In addition to the skilled and long-term care services provided by Community Care Center, we provide an assisted living at The Willows. Community Care Center also offers inpatient and outpatient therapy services in our Therapy Suite. The primary goal of the Community Care Center & The Willows is to provide our residents & tenants a consistent quality of care that optimizes the residents’ and tenants’ highest level of functioning.

Responsibilities:

Interdisciplinary Team Member

  • Admissions, Discharges, & Quality Improvement

Accounts Receivable

  • Census & Payer Maintenance in Resident EHR Mgmt.
  • Complete Billing for Private Pay utilizing Quick Books Online (QBO).
  • Provide documentation to Billing agency for submit to Medicare, Medicaid &/or Insurance Providers.
  • Collections on past due accounts.
  • Complete Prior Authorizations for Insurance, Medicare Advantage Plans.
  • Assist families with Medicaid Applications & monitor process.
  • Bank Reconciliations.

Accounts Payable

  • Code & enter expenses into QBO.
  • Process payments to vendors for services provided.

Payroll

  • Utilize Paylocity software to complete employee payroll accurately.
  • Reconcile Employee Benefits paid to deductions from paychecks.

Human Resources

  • Provide employees with benefit information & enrollment timely.
  • Support for Supervisors by providing employee anniversary, attendance, etc... information for wage increases, benefit eligibility or changes to hours worked.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or general equivalency is required, with some college or technical school course work and minimum of three years of job-related experience, preferably in accounting/financial services, or any equivalent combination of education and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
  • High level of interpersonal skills to manage sensitive information and documentation while maintaining privacy/confidentiality.
  • Attention to detail for Financial/HR services (Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payable, Expenses, Payroll & Employee Benefits) and establishing priorities, and meeting task deadlines.
  • Must be a team player along with the ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient knowledge of computer software (Microsoft Office Suite, QuickBooks Online).
  • Experience with Medicaid, Medicare, & Private Pay Billing is preferred.
  • Experience in Office Management is preferred.
  • Skilled nursing, long-term care and senior services experience is preferred.
  • Good to excellent spelling, grammar, and written communication skills.
  • Excellent telephone and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to operate most standard office equipment (printers, copiers, fax, etc.)

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
