Community Association Management Services is Hiring an On-site Receptionist/Assistant Community Association Manager Near Columbia, SC

CAMS is on the search for a full-time Assistant Manager to aid in daily office operations and perform routine inspections of a large-scale Master Association in Columbia, SC. The Assistant Manager will also sit at the front of house and act as the on-site receptionist of the community. Prior Home Owner Association or property management experience is preferred. 

The position hours are Monday-Friday 8:30 am-5:00 pm. Salary is determined by the candidate's level of experience related to the industry, starting at $37,000 annually.

Responsibilities

  • Assist Community Manager in all aspects of the job
  • Provide coverage to the front desk 
  • Greet, welcome and direct clients that come into the office.
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support 
  • Attend Management firm meetings, as necessary 
  • Maintain communication with homeowners 
  • Respond to homeowners needs.
  • Review and process all owner inquiries 
  • Maintain entry system: assign amenity entry key fobs and entry gate information 
  • Maintain office inventory and order supplies, as necessary
  • Maintain physical appearance of the on-site office
  • Assist with the ARC Modification process 
  • Contact and assist vendors for community maintenance and special projects
  • Request proposals for services and follow up 
  • Report and communicate any equipment repair/maintenance services
  • Ensure adherence to the quality standard and health and safety regulations necessary for the Master/Amenity Associations

Requirements

  • Some general accounting/financial knowledge
