We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk. If you have strong organizational skills and enjoy interacting with people, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Schedule appointments
- Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer support
- Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
Skills:
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks
- Proficient in computerized systems for order entry and data management
- Previous experience working at a front desk or in a customer service role is preferred
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
