Expanding social service agency is seeking a Master's level career coach to work with Essex and Union County youth ages 16-21 to help establish college-readiness activities as part of a larger career and life plan. He/she will assess and facilitate the needs of each youth in terms of college and career vocational readiness ranging from soft skills to academic prerequisites.The ideal candidate has at least one year of experience working with youth and a Master’s degree in special education, psychology, social work, or a related field.
