GENERAL DESCRIPTIONProvide Maintenance of Agency property at and around the Agency headquarters to ensure a safe and clean environment.JOB TASKSMaintains strict adherence to work scheduleMaintenance and snow removal Agency buildings as neededMaintain a clean and safe physical work environmentBe a role model to othersMaintain appropriate staff/member relationshipsCooperate with any Agency, DDD, and DYFS investigation and inspection All other duties as assignedCoordinates all maintenance duties with supervisor and maintenance workersResponds to work orders and emergency requestsPurchases supplies as neededEnsures compliance with all required state and federally mandated background and exclusion checks including but not limited to criminal history background investigation (fingerprinting), Central Registry, Child Abuse Record Information (CARI), drug testing, and motor vehicle checks. Ensures compliance with wearing a mask when mandated by State, Federal, and Licensing authorities during a public health crisis/pandemic.Responsive to emergency requests EXPERIENCE / EDUCATIONFive years on the job experience
