CAU is a social service agency that provides support to individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities along with youth within our community. CAU is seeking an individual to assist in the creation and implementation of agency Support Plan protocol and review processes; attend Support Plan meetings; and monitor, track, and review IHP and ISP for individuals with developmental disabilities and/or Transitional Plans for youth success. He/she will use analytical skills to assist with the review of confidential member information.
The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and reliable transportation. Position requires computer software experience in Microsoft Office and experience with individualized Support Plans, NJ State Licensing requirements, and/or DCP&P Transitional Plans for youth success. EOE
Ongoing paid training outside of normal work hours is required.
