Communities of Care is looking for a Full Time OR Part Time Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. We have several clients available in the Twin Cities area. New grads welcome! No vaccine requirement!

• 10 year old female with trach. Miller Fischer variant of Guillain Barre syndrome.
• 8-12 hour days. Client goes to school
• Client currently in hospital. Lives in Apple Valley with her family

Responsibilities

• Administer nursing care to client
• Help maintain patients treatment plans
• Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior
• Maintain accurate patient medical records
• Provide advice and support to patients and their family members

Qualifications

• RN or LPN Minnesota License
• Ability to build rapport with patients
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
