Advanced Specialty Hospitals of Toledo is recruiting a Full Time Night Shift Nurse Manager to oversee our nursing department. The Nurse Manager should be familiar with Shared Governance models and servant leadership. Advanced Specialty Hospitals of Toledo is committed to empowering all employees to identify opportunities to elevate care and participate actively in the design and execution of process improvement.
Qualifications & Experience Requirements

  • Must possess a current Ohio RN license
  • Bachelor's degree in nursing or related health care degree. Three to five years recent clinical experience, including at least one to two years of experience as a Manager, Supervisor, or Charge Nurse.
  • Critical Care experience and ACLS required.
  • Experience in health care quality management and the application of continuous improvement methodologies, tools, standards, and guidelines.
