Qualifications :
- Computer skills including but not limited to MS Office Suite, email, scheduling software, preferably OnShift.
- Interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to juggle swing shifts and the individual availability of all staff.
- Demonstrates good judgment, problem solving and decision making skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Staffing and scheduling experience preferred.
