General Information:

James Madison University, a Division I Member of the NCAA and Sun Belt Conference, is seeking a Volleyball Assistant Coach. This position is a full-time, 12-month position with a full comprehensive benefits package. The anticipated start date is upon first availability.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Include but not limited to:
• Coaching, training, and motivating student-athletes in order to achieve competitive success.
• Support the administration of the program.
• Encourage player development by possessing a demonstrated commitment to high academic standards.
• Ensure compliance with all rules and regulations

Qualifications:

Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Three plus years experience coaching Division I Collegiate Volleyball
• Experience recruiting at the Division 1 level
Preferred Qualifications:
• Master’s Degree

Conditions of Employment:
