Description
The Administrative Office of the Courts is the operational arm of the Judicial Branch. The court system employs nearly 3,300 personnel who support 406 elected justices, judges, and circuit court clerks.
The Department of Family and Juvenile Services has an immediate Opening for a Case Manager Position in Henderson County.
CHARACTERISTICS OF THE JOB: Responsible for providing assistance to the court and to families who come before the court.
Duties and Responsibilities Include but are not limited to the following:
  • May be the court contact for parties, other court personnel, county attorney's, defense attorneys, social service agencies, and law enforcement agencies.
  • May facilitate provision of services for the court and its clients
  • May monitor court orders to ensure services are being provided and utilized.
  • May maintain records and statistical information.
  • May educate clients about the court process.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements
EDUCATION: Associates Degree
EXPERIENCE, TRAINING, OR SKILLS: 1 year of related experience
Substitute EDUCATION for EXPERIENCE: NONE
Substitute EXPERIENCE for EDUCATION: High school diploma & 3 years job related experience
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS (AGE, LICENSURE, REGULATION, ETC.): NONE
