About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Total Rewards to play a pivotal role in developing and executing a comprehensive global total rewards strategy. This strategy is integral to supporting the company's mission and values, and the successful candidate will lead a team of professionals in the areas of compensation, benefits, global mobility, and equity administration. The role involves working closely with senior leadership to design and manage competitive total rewards programs that attract, retain, and motivate top talent. The Vice President will also be responsible for ensuring that all compensation and benefits programs comply with relevant laws and regulations, utilizing data analytics to make informed decisions, and partnering with recruitment and HR teams to create compelling total rewards packages and retention strategies.To succeed in this position, candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or a related field, with a Master's degree or relevant certifications preferred. A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in compensation and benefits is required, with a strong understanding of global practices, regulations, and market trends. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, strong leadership and team management abilities, and excellent communication and presentation skills. The role demands a flexible individual with a growth mindset, comfortable in an ambiguous environment, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
