Position Summary:
The Patient Service Representative (PSR) is the first point of contact with our patients. PSRs assist patients in person and over the phone with scheduling and treatment needs. Don’t know much about dental? No problem! We have a Dental PSR training program you will work through on the job to learn dental terminology, how procedures are done, and the ins and outs of scheduling. Through this program, you can earn merit raises as you progress. We are open to both full-time and part-time applicants and offer both a four- and five-day workweek. Earn up to 22 days of paid time off (PTO) per year PLUS paid holidays. Don’t forget to ask about our $2000 sign-on bonus!

The work environment is in a healthcare setting which can be fast-paced and involves working directly with patients and healthcare professionals. The environment is primarily a clinical setting. Many of our patients with chronic diseases have a minimal level of health literacy and a significant number of barriers to accessing health care. Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the job. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
