Position at Common Ground

About You
The ideal Development and CRM Coordinator at Common Ground will provide support for the Development team, with a focus on the daily operation of the donor database (CRM), which tracks donations, volunteers, donors, and prospects. The position is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the database including data input and output, and end-user training and support. The Development and CRM Coordinator is responsible for the creation of reports and ensuring staff are trained in the proper use of the database.

Day in the Life
  • Responsible for the accurate and timely data entry and acknowledgement of gifts and the processing, tracking, and reporting of gifts
  • Ensure that data is maintained accurately and is easily accessible
  • Integrate wealth screen data into donor records and identify top prospects using selected criteria
  • Develop, apply, and police procedures to safeguard data entry and security
  • Create and produce reports from database, as needed
  • Function as the point person for agency regarding all aspects of donor database/CRM system
  • Collaborate with Finance Team to reconcile donation data and assist with yearly audit process
  • Prepare agendas and minutes for Legacy Society Meetings
  • Process Development Team invoices, as assigned
What you need to apply
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum one (1) year experience in work environment
