CommLoan is in a phase of rapid expansion, integrating new Independent Loan Originators (LOs) into our team on a daily basis. As these Loan Originators partner with CommLoan, they gain access to a cutting-edge technology platform that is revolutionizing the process of originating commercial loans.
Role Summary:
As a Relationship Manager at CommLoan, you will hold a pivotal role in supporting the onboarding of new Loan Originators, providing continuous guidance, and managing the loan pipeline. In order to be effective, experience in commercial real estate lending is required. Your responsibilities encompass hands-on technical support, advisory services, and fostering a collaborative environment to ensure the success of our Loan Originators.
Responsibilities:
LO Support and Onboarding:
- Conduct personalized onboarding calls with new Loan Originators to extend a warm welcome to the team, equipping them with the essential resources for a successful business launch.
- Act as a dedicated concierge to troubleshoot any challenges faced by the new Loan Originators.
- Ensure seamless transitions and full adaptation to the CommLoan platform by maintaining follow-up communication via phone, direct messaging, or Zoom.
- Develop expertise in our technology platforms to offer continuous hands-on technical support throughout the Loan Originators’ journey.
Client Relationship Management:
- Foster meaningful relationships with LOs to grasp their challenges and deliver tailored solutions.
- Translate LO feedback into improvements in platforms and processes.
- Consult with LOs on their loan pipeline, identifying obstacles and driving solutions to facilitate funding.
Quality Control and Operations:
- Review commercial loan packages to ensure quality control adherence.
- Effectively manage multiple priorities, providing prompt responses to Loan Originator queries and challenges.
- Regularly update the pipeline and Key Performance Indicators to ensure accurate tracking.
Experience & Skills Required:
- Essential: Experience in Commercial Real Estate and/or Commercial Lending.
- Must have held a previous role such as a Commercial Loan Processor, Commercial Transaction Analyst, Commercial Mortgage Broker, or related field to ensure a deep understanding of commercial real estate financing.
- Proficiency in technology with a rapid ability to learn new software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated capability in managing concurrent projects and priorities.
- Strong passion for problem-solving and assisting others.
- Full-time in-office presence at our Scottsdale, AZ office is mandatory.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
