Controller required for Private Commercial Real Estate Company in Palm Beach Gardens. To oversee all accounting functions including cash management, month end reconciliations, year-end closings, banking, insurance, property taxes. Yardi software knowledge recommended. Supervise accounts payable and receivable staff. Ability to work with multiple companies and bank accounts. Must have leadership skills, be extremely organized and ability to manage others. Must be a self-starter with a passion to get the job done. Applicant must have a degree in Accounting and Commercial Real Estate background.
