Looking for candidates with commercial cleaning experience to work as needed, training, filling in, completing quality inspections, and fixing customer complaints. Monday - Friday evenings. On call every other weekend.

Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Cleaner to join our team. As a Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in various settings, including commercial spaces, hotels, and hospitality establishments. This is a leadership role that involves supervising and managing a team of cleaners to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations.

Duties:
- Perform general cleaning tasks, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and disinfecting surfaces
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and common areas
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
- Launder and maintain linens and towels
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Train and supervise cleaning staff to ensure adherence to cleaning protocols and quality standards
- Conduct regular inspections to identify areas that require attention or improvement
- Handle customer inquiries or complaints regarding cleanliness or service quality
- Collaborate with other departments, such as maintenance or housekeeping management, to coordinate cleaning schedules and tasks

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or housekeeping management is preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and equipment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate a team
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Good communication skills to interact with customers and staff members
