Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Janitor to join our team. As a Janitor, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in our facilities. Your role will involve performing various cleaning duties to ensure a safe and sanitary environment for employees and visitors.

Duties:
- Perform custodial tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and mirrors
- Empty trash cans and replace liners
- Dust and wipe down surfaces, including desks, tables, and windowsills
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when replenishment is needed
- Follow proper procedures for handling and disposing of hazardous materials
- Assist with setting up rooms for meetings or events as needed

Requirements:
- Proven experience in commercial or industrial cleaning preferred
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor and lift heavy objects if necessary
- Excellent time management skills to ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner

Skills:
- 2 years of Custodial experience
- Commercial cleaning knowledge
- Porter skills
- Ability to maintain cleanliness standards
- Industrial cleaning expertise
