Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Pool Technician to join our team. As a Pool Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing pools, ensuring they are clean, safe, and in proper working condition. This is a full-time position.

Duties:
- Perform regular pool maintenance tasks, including cleaning and vacuuming
- Test and balance pool chemicals to maintain proper water quality
- Inspect pool equipment and identify any necessary repairs or replacements
- Repair and maintain pool pumps, filters, heaters, and other equipment
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with pool systems and equipment
- Perform routine inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and address any concerns or questions they may have

Experience:
- Proven experience as a Pool Technician or similar role
- Strong knowledge of pool maintenance procedures and techniques
- Familiarity with power tools and hand tools used in pool maintenance and repair
- Mechanical knowledge to diagnose and repair pool equipment
- Excellent problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues effectively
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
