Job Description
CMDSS has openings for Principal Systems Engineers. This position requires a pre-existing Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility, verifiable in DISS.
Designs, develops, tests, debugs, and implements operating systems components, software tools, and utilities. Determines systems software design requirements. Ensures system improvements are successfully implemented and monitored to increase efficiency. Generates systems software engineering policies, standards, and procedures
Qualifications
Requires Bachelor's degree and 7 or more years of relevant experience that provides exposure to fundamental theories, principles, and concepts. May lead functional teams or projects. Requires depth and/or breadth of expertise in own specialized area and general knowledge of related areas. Interprets internal/external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve products, processes, or services. May lead teams or projects with moderate resource requirements, risk, and/or complexity. Leads others to solve complex problems. Impacts the achievement or customer, operational, project or service objectives.
