In this role you will get to support our a critical mission partner to enhance national security. What You'll Be Doing: Design network to integrate with existing infrastructure to ensure operations teams can uses tools and technologies effectively. Supervise the the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for complete delivery and maintenance. Work with the program management team to properly identify and prioritize features for future site installs. Work with the full government and systems engineering team on integration issues and ways to maximize system performance, including diagnostics and resolution. Evaluate system performance and recommend improvements to ensure long-term viability while minimizing costs. Implement preventative maintenance measures to help the team minimize outages. What Required Skills You'll Bring: Bachelor's degree and 10 years of experience supporting federal government customers as a network engineer. Knowledgeable on telecommunications, Ethernet, TCP/IP, and infrastructure technologies such IEEE, EIA/TIA, SATCOM, coax, copper, and fiber. Maintain understanding of WAN, LAN, and Campus technologies plus be familiar with routing protocols to include; BGP, EIGRP, OSPF and IP/MPLS. What Desired Skills You'll Bring: Experience leading a team. Experience developing workflow processes. Ability to communicate effectively and concisely using a variety of styles and technique appropriate to the audience. Extensive analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, and organization skills. Cisco: CCST, CCNA, CCNP, CCIE, CCDE Juniper: JNCIA, JNCIS, JNCIP, JNCIE Palo Alto: PCCET, PCNSA, PCNSE, PCCSE, PCSAE, PCDRA AWS (Foundational, Associate, Professional levels, and Specialty) Azure (Fundamentals, Associate, Expert, and Specialty) Google/GCP (Foundational, Associate, Professional levels) Minimum Clearance Required to Start: Top Secret SCI w/Polygraph Minimum Clearance Required to Start: Top Secret SCI w/Polygraph This position is part of our Federal Solutions team.
