Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inputting, updating, and maintaining accurate data into our systems. This role requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Duties:

• - Collect data from various sources and enter it accurately into computerized systems

- Transcribe information into electronic format
- Process work orders and shipments
- Maintain data integrity by ensuring accuracy and consistency
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed
- Organize and maintain files and records.

• - Order supplies for the office
• - Look for inventory of parts when needed
• - Handle open order reports for customers.
• - Create inspection sheets for line items on work orders

Experience:

- Proven experience in data entry or related clerical role
- Proficiency in using office systems and software for data entry tasks
- Strong clerical and organizational skills
- Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision
