We are currently looking for a Tool Technician!

About the Role : The Tool Technician is responsible for receiving, storing, issuing, and maintaining hand tools, power tools, dies, materials, and equipment.

Using The Hilti OnTrack app, you'll manage inventory, conduct inspections, perform repairs, and ensure compliance with company policies.

Building positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders is crucial.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Understand HVAC tools, machinery, and equipment.
• Maintain records using The Hilti OnTrack app.
• Locate lost tools and prepare inventory reports.
• Receive, unpack, and store incoming tools.
• Inspect tools for defects and wear.
• Repair, service, and lubricate tools.
• Mark and identify tools for tracking.
• Address customer complaints proactively.
• Assist in preventative maintenance programs.
• Ensure compliance with company Policies and Procedures.

Safety and Compliance : The Tool Technician must actively comply with Health, Safety, and Environmental policies to maintain a safe working environment.

Education and Professional Development : Continuous learning is encouraged to stay updated on industry changes.

Standard of Presentation and Administrative Duties : Maintain professionalism and manage administrative tasks, such as time cards.

Language, Mathematical, and Reasoning Skills : Strong communication, mathematical, and reasoning abilities are necessary.

Work Environment and Physical Demands : Adaptability and physical capability are required in various working conditions.
