We are seeking a dedicated Front Desk Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in hospitality management and excellent customer service skills.
Responsibilities
The Front Desk Manager will be responsible for the successful operation and administration of all front office tasks including the success of the front desk, ensuring guest satisfaction, and for managing all areas of the hotel according to Brand standards. We are seeking an energetic, service-oriented leader who can effectively direct, train, coach, motivate, and provide feedback to the front office team, supervisors and managers on a daily basis.
