Comfort Suites Hotel is Hiring a Front Desk Agent Near Mattoon, IL
We are currently looking for a 3pm-11pm desk agent & 11pm -7am desk agent.
Job responsibilities:
- Checking guests in and out of our system
- Creating guest reservations
- Processing guest payments
- Balancing the cash drawer daily
- Taking guest complaints and relaying them when needed
- Answering phone calls and emails when they come in
- Attending to breakfast, laundry, and facilities when needed
- Act as a liaison
- May be required to perform other duties as needed
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $14.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Night shift
- Overnight shift
Work Location: In person
