Comfort Suites Downtown Sacramento is Hiring a Front Desk Agent Near Sacramento, CA

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service and upholding the highest standards of hospitality.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check guests in and out efficiently
- Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information about the hotel's services
- Manage reservations and cancellations
- Assist with guest requests and resolve any issues promptly
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure guest satisfaction

Experience:
- Previous experience in hotel management or front desk operations preferred
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Strong background in guest services and phone etiquette
- Familiarity with phone systems and night audit procedures
- Knowledge of hospitality industry practices and standards

This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic hospitality environment, interacting with guests from diverse backgrounds. If you have a passion for providing excellent customer service and enjoy working in a fast-paced setting, we invite you to apply for the Front Desk Agent position.
