Salary PLUS Commission: This position includes a base compensation range of $21.00 - $23.00 per hour, dependent upon experience, PLUS a generous commission and bonus structure!

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in business administration, communications, marketing, or a related field. **Equivalent work experience will also be considered.
• Possess a minimum of three (3) years’ experience in home health care, long-term care, healthcare, health marketing, operations, or business development preferred.
• A minimum of one (1) year healthcare sales experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and implement a strategic marketing and sales plan to drive brand visibility and expand our client base in the Wichita, KS territory.
• Conduct daily face-to-face interactions with referral sources to generate promising business leads and engage in daily outreach to meet monthly development targets.
• Effectively convey company services, benefits, and close deals.
• Manage prospective and current client calls and home visits, ensuring successful contract implementation and overall organizational standards of care and compliance are being met.
• Cultivate and maintain client relationships.
• Manage Caregiver recruiting and matching based on client needs and preferences to ensure optimal and quality care.
• Assist other members of the management team with special projects on an “as needed” basis.
• Manages the on-call phone system and oversees rotation protocols. While on-call, handles all client and caregiver issues, and conducts all new client intake as needed.
