Desired Caregiver applicants will meet the following requirements :

• HCA Eligible, or have PCA, HHA, CNA license or at least one year of professional caregiving experience
• Valid Driver's License, Automobile Insurance, and reliable vehicle
• Minimum high school diploma or GED required
• Submit to Criminal Background Investigation, Motor Vehicle Driving Record
• Submit to Pre-Employment Drug Screening
• Negative TB test or CXR
• Ability to use phone technology for client note taking and scheduling phone app

Caregiver Job Responsibilities :

• Establish open communication and develop friendly relationships with seniors and their families
• Help seniors with daily tasks such as light housekeeping, organization, and cooking of meals
• Accompany seniors to the grocery store, doctor appointments, and other outings
• Organize transportation, assisting getting in / out of your care, safe ambulation
• Transfers, Bed Level Care, wheelchair mobility
• Personal Care / Assist with Bathing, Toileting, peri-care, and dressing
• Be willing to be trained and work with clients outside of your current skill level.
• Ability to use phone technology for scheduling and client care notes
• Encourage activity and movement
• Inspire a positive, can-do attitude when it comes to daily tasks, appointments, and hobbies
• Maintain a trusting and comforting environment in the home
