The Recruiter is in charge of the recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of our compassionate and dedicated team of caregivers that provide in-home care for our clients.

Recruitment Coordinator Benefits:

Essential Functions:

A successful Recruiter will be able to:

• Recruit and hire through online databases, social media, job fairs, schools, etc.
• Initiate and complete the entire hiring, onboarding, and orientation process.
• Cooridinate with team needs for specific hiring needs.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Recruitment experience a plus, but not required
• Healthcare industry experience a plus, but not required
