Requirements for Weekend Caregiver / Home Health Aide / CNA position :

• Must have valid driver's license, insurance, and working vehicle
• Previous home care experience preferred
• Must be 18 years of age or older

Responsibilities of the Weekend Caregiver / Home Health Aide / CNA :

• Light housekeeping includes cleaning bathroom, living areas, kitchens, dusting, mopping, linen change, vacuuming, laundry, garbage etc.
• Meal planning, cooking and baking
• Conversation and companionship
• Interactive Caregiving
• Errands and transportation
• Assistance with ADLs. Activities of Daily Living
• Hands-on personal cares may include assistance with dressing, grooming, incontinence, and hygiene
• Assistance with mobility may include use of transfer tools / equipment
• Assistance with medication
• Communicate with Client Care Coordinator as needed
• Provide proper electronic documentation of shift and cares
